With some left-over pie mix, a dozen eggs and a craving for a yummy lunch, The New Forest Scotch Egg Company was born.
The New Forest Scotch Egg Company was set up by Dan from his home in the New Forest to provide high quality produce and exceptional home cooked food, using seasonal ingredients with a strong emphasis on keeping it local. Using produce from the local area is very important to us; this includes wild Venison, Beef from our Farm and free range eggs all sourced from the Forest.
While attending fairs and shows across the country with our scotch eggs, Dan saw the rise and excitement in street food and we now offer several street food stalls. All-encompassing Dan’s passion for designing new dishes with great flavour and flair.
